Daily Workout Structure:
Day 1: Work Capacity (40 Minute Session)
-Build endurance and overall work capacity with density training. This involves performing a high volume of exercises within a set time frame. The goal is to complete as quality repetitions, improving your ability to perform sustained physical activity.
Day 2: Lower Body Power/Upper Body Strength (50 Minute Session)
- Focus on developing explosive power in your lower body and building robust strength in your upper body. These workouts are designed to enhance muscle function and human performance.
Day 3: Speed/Rotational Power (40 Minute Session)
- Boost your linear speed and rotational power with dynamic exercises aimed at improving your total body power. Perfect for anyone looking to enhance their speed and core strength.
Day 4: Upper Body Power/Lower Body Strength (50 Minute Session)
